Dear Dr. Deltgen:
I delivered the presentation to Leica, and I must say it
was very successful. The cultural coaching really
helped. Three people actually volunteered that the
translation was very good. Apparently, they do not
see good translations often.
If you ever need a
reference, please do not hesitate to use us as one.
The quality of the translation made a number of
statements:
- First, it showed that we were really interested.
- Second, the fact that we delivered a quality translation
was an indication of what products and services we would
deliver.
- Third, the concepts were communicated accurately and
completely. I do not think this would have
happened without your translations. Advanced concepts
simply are not as easy to understand in a foreign
language.
- Mostly, the combined effects of cultural correctness and
professional presentation simply made them "comfortable"
working with us. This is the real objective that
must be overcome for lasting success.
The following is a statement that was made late in the
meeting that I think sums it all up:
There are vendors and there are partners. We
want a partnership with Crain Enterprises!
