We assign a project manager to estimate your translation cost based on number of words in the source document, translation difficulty, and document formatting requirements.

Using electronic word-counting software to analyze your source document provides a quantifiable and verifiable basis for the fee. No wishy-washy guesses. No surprise invoices. Of course, not every company takes this upfront approach. Apex even wrote a paper on its word-count methodology for curious minds like yours.

We also assign the proper software and technology to leverage cost efficiencies for you. For example, our clients frequently update the same translated documents. If you expect changes in the future, let us know upfront, and we'll use special software to create a translation memory file of your documents.
